· Provision of narrative appraisal reports on a wide variety of commercial/investment properties including industrial, multi-family, institutional, vacant land including acreage, single family sites and development sites, free standing commercial, special use properties and mixed-use properties. Geographic area of commercial practise is concentrated along the north shore of Lake Ontario from the GTA through to Belleville (Durham Region, Northumberland County, City of Quite West, etc.) and all points in between.

· Provision of residential appraisal reports throughout Durham Region and west Northumberland County.

· Clients include primary and secondary lenders, mortgage brokers, lawyers, accountants, individuals, investors, etc.

· The functions that my appraisals serve include financing, acquisition, disposal, strategic planning, partnership dissolution and matters before the Courts.

· Represent the Managing Director, Economic Development Division in negotiating complex, multi-stakeholder legal agreements respecting public and private property interests

· Manage all aspects of a City Council supported, private initiative to develop a publicly accessible terminal system throughout the PATH including negotiation of terms of the Licensing Agreement

· Implement mapping, signage and communication material updates including enhancing the PATH presence on the City of Toronto Web Site

· Identify opportunities for promotion, marketing and management of the PATH including the identification and facilitation of financial/operating partnership arrangements such as Business Improvement Areas.
